This comic book project commemorates the Freedom House Ambulance Service, a group that became the first paramedics in the United States. This multi-spread comic condenses an important but forgotten chapter of medical history and turns it into an educational visual storytelling piece. The development of this comic included some challenging parts, like historical research, panel layouts, and accurate human anatomy and perspective.
